Second Cake Tasting

This time we went to Dream Cakes  Bakery on Holland Road... and the kiddos tagged along. When we walked in, it looked like they were giving away cupcakes. ... it was crowded. Came to find out, they have a happy hour special from 3 -5 pm. All cupcakes are a dollar and cakes are half off.

We loved the everything, especially the strawberry flavor. Oh, and thier Key Lime Cupcake was totally awesome.  

So the price was decent and if bring back a picture of the cake, we get a cake for our one year anniversary. 

Royalty

I told Ryan last night that I want to wear a crown... i got the "your getting carried away" look. Lol. 

My Dad called me this morning and said he is considering an African outfit... sandles, hat,  and all...lmbo. We laughed about it but i hope he was joking. Lol

The Three Finalist

My Dad, Lil Dee... my sister, and Sherice...my Dad's wife,  has been dress shopping.. lol.  They narrowed it down to these three. Anyone they pick will be in black.

My lil sis called me yesterday to tell me she want sparkels in her dress. She is so cute, i couldnt refuse her request. Lol.

Anyway,  things are moving along...quickly.  Even when we take a break from planning,  someone is still planning. Thank God for our family.

First Cake Tasting

We went to our first cake tasting at Sweet Temptations in Virginia Beach Town Center.  I tried them first because I loved thier Spinach Quiche and ate a whole pie daily for a while when I pregnant with Queenie.  Lol.  Everything was great but we loved their almond flavor with cheesecake frosting. Plus they will deliver, set up, and clean up. That's a plus because of our tight decorating widow with the wedding venue.  Nevertheless, we have another tasting in two weeks with another vendor in two weeks before we decide. Anyway,  it was off to a little lunch date at Bahama Breeze.
